This class features a mixture of strengthening standing and balancing poses, basic back bends,seated floor work and guided relaxation. A great workout, while moving at a more moderate pace. Resting and modifying are always encouraged. All levels and abilities welcome. Speak with instructor prior to class for individual health concerns. **it is a requirement that participants are able to get up and down from the floor to standing and back down safely on their own without assistance.
